Jon Roffe

I am a founding convenor of the Melbourne School of Continental Philosophy, and a founding member of the editorial board of Parrhesia: A Journal of Critical Philosophy. During my time as a McKenzie Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Department of Management and Marketing at the University of Melbourne, I worked on an interdisciplinary project called The Market Multiple. The project applied philosophical analysis to outline the operational features of the market without presupposing in advance the orthodox and yet often unstated assumptions about the nature of markets that can be found both within existing economic theory and in the ambient context of general culture.
